guys tried to make my mill go a little faster and ramped my velocity from 160 to 190 and my accel from 6 to 25 and i am getting a little something happening. I don't know if i may be missing a ball bearing from the ball nut or the motor mount is not mounted very good or if the acceleration is just set to high. I made a video to see if you could tell me if it is binding in the mechanical or if it is overrunning the motor

so i spent the last few hours trying to figure out why it was doing this and I finally remembered that i tightened the gibs for something. I loosened them up a little and hot damn the thing is flying at 180 v and 20 accel. I am running it mach at 35000 kennel speed. And i am pulsing the axis at 5 step and 5 direction. I still am only 50 v and 10 accel on the z so i got to play with that a little.

so by having to loosen the gib on the y axis i am figuring i need to check the ways to see if they are parallel to each other and such is this right thinking?

The ballscrew may be binding since you say it happens worse towards the front.
Loosen the setscrew that holds the stopblock, run the axis as far to the front as you can, then tighten the setscrew back up.
If you loosen the gibs too much, you'll feel slop with your hand wiggling the table back and forth, that'll create backlash.
