The Projects have been on hold lately while I spend these cold days teaching myself 3D CAD. Started learning Alibre. I've spent a couple weekends going thru the Alibre tutorials and now I can make some simple parts for my conversion. It can publish the drawing to a pdf that anyone can use to manipulate the part and see different views.
LOTS more to go thru and redraw, then I can assemble them and make a 3D model of say the complete Z Axis assembly.
Should be a lot easier for the DIYer to see how everything fits together.
Lots more to learn but it's fun.
