I finally got around to making a video that shows what all the buttons do on the console. Also I've also read some others that have said Mach 3 doesn't play well with the internet so I made another video. My old 1.2 Ghz had the problem but the new P4 3.2 Ghz has NO problem. It's running XP and 512M RAM and Mach3 ver. 3.039. Hoss

hoss,
I think that you have a MC-60 motor controller. I just tore apart my wife's treadmill to take harvest the motor and controller and such. When I was trying to find info on the MC-60 controller your site came up. If you look at the controller board on the end with the red and black motor connectors you will see a PN#. Mine is 128957 REV. K and right above the revision # is MC-60. Yours may be a 60, 70, 74 or some such. You can find these boards for 30.00 from any treadmill repair site.
with that being said i would like to know what board you have and if you think thta replacing the stock motor with the B4CPM-089T 2hp 130V 17A 5950 RPM treadmill motor? I have all of the stuff that made it run in the treadmill.

mine is the same as yours 128957 REV. K MC-60. I haven't seen them for $30 since i got mine from Surplus Center, got any links? most seem to be $80-100, it's been a great board but you can get a KBIC board for $70. plenty of people have used treadmill motors on their mills, usually have to add a fan on it to help keep it cool. hoss if you search for it on steal-bay you will find them. I have 3 listed on watch list. none over 30.00. They are a dime a dozen from the treadmill repair stores...the motor are the same deal. i priced out a full replacement setup for under 100.00. That was controller, motor, choke and POT. I am tramming and stiffening the z axis now and making the new control box with the c10, c6, and c23 boards along with the mc-60 controller and a DPDT switch. I will start a new thread about it and keep you up to date.
