I'm still working on it, making a few tweaks but I will when it's finished.

Hoss, if the tools are taken out from the top and back the same way ,what are the side slots for where the tool sits .

The slots in the side of the rack allow long tools like drill bits come clear without having to retract the head completely.
Lets the rack sit higher for table clearance and faster tool changes with less Z axis movement.

Made a little improvement thanks to Bob W's tip.
Added an air line to blast the toolholders during a tool change to get rid of any chips that may be in the way.
Using M7 and M9 to control a relay for the air valve so it was pretty easy to
add some code to the M6Start macro at the right times.
Went one step further and added a cleaning cycle at the end of the program
for making one of my conversion brackets.
It moves close to the part and blasts away back and forth quickly to clean off the part when it's finished.
Yeah, truly lazy.
Should get to the complete video with 5 tool changes next weekend.

The 16T ATC is pretty much finished.
Don't really have to worry about an enclosure for it now with the air blast working
to clean the tools and rack off during tool changes.
Lots of work later, the mill is now Full Auto!
I made a program to machine an X Axis Stepper Mount taking full advantage of all the goodies.
It runs thru several tool changes, uses complete Spindle and Flood Coolant control with Air Blasts to clean things off as it goes.
Just press Cycle Start then sit back and watch.
Only made a single part but could easily write it up to make several from one long piece
of stock and part them off when finished.
Next will be a trunnion table that could let me machine several sides of the same part in one sitting.
Check out the video X2 Freak Full Auto on Youtube.
